Yoga with Bird is one of the best yoga channels on the internet. Bird is a very knowledgeable, 200hr certified instructor from Canada who has been practicing yoga for over a decade.
Her videos tend to be on the shorter side, with over 500 yoga classes between 5 and 15 minutes long. Bird is our staff go-to channel for quick morning or evening yoga when we only have 5 minutes. She’s also got some great standing only sequences for when we stay in hotels and don’t want to get down on those hotel floors.
She doesn’t have an official schedule like, say, Yoga with Adriene, but the sheer size of her video catalog makes it easy to find a suitable session without repeating. Or, you can follow along with the MzFit class schedule in either 10-15 minute or 20-30 minute.
She often uses gentle, non-intrusive background music in her yoga sessions, and her voice is always pleasant and clear when she provides instructions. She does a lot less talking than say, Yoga with Adriene, and gets down to business pretty quickly.
With nearly a millon subscribers and almost 100 million views as of this writing, she has clearly connected with a large audience.
