Easiest Way to Log Your BJJ Workout To Your Apple Watch

- One minute read - 117 wordsIf you’re like me and you have an Apple Watch, it does a pretty good job of tracking your calories and activities. Except you can’t wear it while you roll.
And unfortunately the Apple Health app is a mess for adding manual workouts.
I added a feature to MzFit just for this, to make logging your BJJ workouts a simple experience.
Click the settings icon in top left, then select “Add Manual Workout”.
It should take about 5 seconds to log your workouts to your Watch/Health Kit:
Workouts get logged to the Fitness App and health kit like so:
(Unfortunately they show as generic “Martial Arts” – Apple hasn’t added BJJ to their official workout types yet.)
