Install Apple Watch App:

Use these instructions to install the Apple Watch app.

Grant Apple Watch App Permissions:

  1. On your Apple Watch, Launch the “MzFit Watch” app.

  2. Click through and grant all permissions requested so your Apple Watch can read and write your statistics during workouts. NOTE: you may have to scroll down on each screen to view and accept permissions.
