Cast your MzFit Workout onto your Smart TV

  1. From within MzFit, click the workout video you want to watch.

  2. When the screen with your workout loads, click the AirPlay icon (see image below).

  3. Select the smart TV device to cast to.

Make sure you are on the same WiFi network as the smart TV.

This requires an AirPlay compatible smart TV or streaming device. Here are some common devices:

  1. Roku (comes with built in AirPlay)
  2. Apple TV (comes with built in AirPlay)
  3. Samsung - claims to support AirPlay since 2018.
  4. Chromecast (install the free PigeonCast app to add AirPlay)
  5. Google TV/Google Tv Streamer (install the free PigeonCast app to add AirPlay)
  6. FireTV (install the free PigeonCast app to add AirPlay)

Troubleshooting

  1. Check your version of iOS. There were widespread issues with AirPlay on iOS 18.4. If you are on iOS 18.4, upgrade to 18.5 or higher. Follow these steps to check your iOS version.
