Grant Apple Watch App Permissions: On your Apple Watch, Launch the “MzFit Watch” app.
Click through and grant all permissions requested so your Apple Watch can read and write your statistics during workouts. NOTE: you may have to scroll down on each screen to view and accept permissions.

Easiest Way to Log Your BJJ Workout To Your Apple Watch
If you’re like me and you have an Apple Watch, it does a pretty good job of tracking your calories and activities. Except you can’t wear it while you roll.
And unfortunately the Apple Health app is a mess for adding manual workouts.
I added a feature to MzFit just for this, to make logging your BJJ workouts a simple experience.
Click the settings icon in top left, then select “Add Manual Workout”.
