From within MzFit, click the workout video you want to watch. When the screen with your workout loads, click the AirPlay icon (see image below). Select the smart TV device to cast to. Make sure you are on the same WiFi network as the smart TV. This requires an AirPlay compatible smart TV or streaming device.
