If the MzFit Watch app isn’t saving the heartrate or calories associated with your workout, try these steps: From your Apple Watch: Settings -> Health -> Sources: Apps and Services -> MzFit Watch -> Turn On All NOTE: if you can’t find MzFit Watch in Apps and Services, follow these instructions to install it

Install Apple Watch App: Use these instructions to install the Apple Watch app. Grant Apple Watch App Permissions: On your Apple Watch, Launch the “MzFit Watch” app. Click through and grant all permissions requested so your Apple Watch can read and write your statistics during workouts. NOTE: you may have to scroll down on each screen to view and accept permissions.

From your iPhone: Search for “Watch” app and launch it -> Scroll Down -> Available Apps -> MzFit Watch -> Install

From within MzFit, click the workout video you want to watch. When the screen with your workout loads, click the AirPlay icon (see image below). Select the smart TV device to cast to. Make sure you are on the same WiFi network as the smart TV. NOTE: requires an AirPlay compatible smart TV or streaming device.
