Like millions of us, I got started doing yoga by following Adriene Mishler of Yoga with Adriene. And I really really liked her. Adriene is the yoga on-ramp for people who don’t do yoga. But over time I found I didn’t stick with her. Once I started going to live local classes, I noticed that in comparison Adriene talks a lot. And because of this her classes tend to stretch out.
